Le Collège exécutif de l'Union Coopérative Micronationale Laurentienne (UCML) est l'organe directeur de l'organisation. Il est composé de représentants des États membres, qui comprennent actuellement la Principauté de Bérémagne, le Neugraviat de Saint-Castin et la Principauté de Sancratosie. Sa mission principale est de diriger conjointement l’UCML, de légiférer et de contrôler ses activités.
Le Collège exécutif est présidé conjointement par S.A.S. le Prince Emanuel de Bérémagne, S.E. Dominic Desaintes Ministre-Président de Saint-Castin et S.A.S. la Princesse Cloe de Sancratosie. Ces trois représentants dirigent actuellement l’UCML et assurent la gestion quotidienne de l'organisation. Ils sont chargés de prendre les décisions importantes et de veiller à ce que l’UCML remplisse ses objectifs et ses missions.
Les compétences du Collège exécutif sont:

l’administration de l’Union;

l’exécution des décisions;
-
la direction de la Zone piastre;
-
l’étude des traités, conventions, protocoles, déclarations, la participation au sein d’organisations internationales et supranationales, et autres ententes et décisions en matière de politique étrangère et de diplomatie internationale ratifiées par les États membres;
-
le commandement unifié des forces militaires des États membres, le cas échéant;
-
l’étude des décisions et nominations gouvernementales des États membres;
-
la signature de traités, conventions, protocoles, déclarations, et autres ententes et décisions sur toutes matières de compétence de l’Union;
-
le positionnement public de l’Union sur toutes matières l’intéressant;
Le Collège exécutif est également chargé de représenter l’UCML auprès de différentes organisations et de négocier les accords internationaux nécessaires à son fonctionnement. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’UCML et leurs gouvernements respectifs pour soutenir les initiatives micronationales dans les domaines de compétence de l’Union dans la région Laurentienne.
The Executive College of the Laurentian Micronational Cooperative Union (LMCU) is the governing body of the organization. It is composed of representatives from member states, which currently include the Principality of Bérémagne, the Newgraviate of Saint-Castin, and the Principality of Sancratosia. Its main mission is to jointly lead the LMCU and legislate and control its activities.
The Executive College is jointly chaired by HSH Prince Emanuel of Bérémagne, HE Dominic Desaintes Minister-President of Saint-Castin, and HSH Princess Cloe of Sancratosia. These three representatives currently lead the LMCU and ensure the organization's daily management. They are responsible for making important decisions and ensuring that the LMCU fulfills its objectives and missions.
The competences of the Executive College are:

the administration of the Union;

the execution of the decisions;

the management of the Piaster Zone;

the study of treaties, conventions, protocols, declarations, participation in international and supranational organizations, and other agreements and decisions on foreign policy and international diplomacy ratified by member states

the unified command of the military forces of the member states, where applicable
-
consideration of governmental decisions and appointments of member states
-
the signing of treaties, conventions, protocols, declarations, and other agreements and decisions on all matters within the competence of the Union
-
the public position of the Union on all matters of interest to it;
The Executive College is also responsible for representing the LMCU to different organizations and negotiating the international agreements necessary for its operation. It works closely with LMCU members and their respective governments to support micronational initiatives in the LMCU's areas of competence in the Laurentian region.
